About Zilia Zilia is pioneering oculomics — the non-invasive measurement of functional and metabolic biomarkers from the eye. Our flagship product, the Zilia Ocular, is the world's first retinal camera capable of measuring oxygen saturation in retinal tissue (StO₂) using targeted spectroscopy, alongside high-resolution retinal imaging. By quantifying StO₂ across the retinal microvasculature, the Zilia Ocular enables researchers to explore metabolic signatures associated with neurodegenerative, cardiovascular, and systemic conditions — in a single, non-invasive acquisition.
